At ACBUY SPREADSHEET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all ACBUY SPREADSHEET tags still attached before placing them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
